Meet Stephanie

Stephanie Chrismon (she/they) is a Black/biracial, Queer, Afrofuturist, writer, and educator who identifies as masculine of center. With a background in creative writing, social justice, and diversity consulting, Steph weaves storytelling, literature, and art into leadership and organizational development. Their work has appeared in Water~Stone Review, The Root, Black Girl Nerds, and more, and they bring over a decade of experience supporting organizations in building equity-centered cultures that thrive.
